From La Loire à vélo
From the Quai du Châtelet, at the level of the Georges V Bridge, take the rue Royale to the Place du Martroi. Once on the Place, turn left on rue d’Illiers until the end (arrival on boulevard Rocheplatte). Finally, turn right on boulevard Rocheplatte. You can park your bike at the corner of boulevard Rocheplatte and rue du Colombier.

In order to ensure a comfortable visit, the Frac Centre-Val de Loire provides you with
wheelchairs and magnifying glasses are available at the reception desk.

Bookshop Renée Gailhoustet

The Frac Centre-Val de Loire runs its independent bookstore, specialized in architecture and open to feminist struggles. You will find catalogs and booklets of past and present exhibitions, as well as general works on contemporary art and architecture. A selection for young people invites them to discover art, architecture and gender issues.

The bookstore/shop is a convivial space where you can read a book, have a snack or chat with the Frac’s mediators: your visit begins right here!

Le Bureau des cadres

Invite a Frac work into your home !

The first Thursday of the month from 4 to 8 pm.
With the Bureau des cadres, the Frac Centre-Val de Loire invites every inhabitant and actor of the Centre-Val de Loire region – individuals, companies, associations, institutions – to appropriate the Frac Centre-Val de Loire’s collection and to transform their living or working space into an exhibition space. The Bureau des cadres allows everyone to borrow and install facsimiles of works from the Frac’s collection at home.

Loan period: 2 months
Supporting documents required: proof of identity, proof of address, home insurance certificate.

Frac Centre-Val de Loire remains open under normal conditions.
It is recommended that you avoid bringing your luggage and personal effects to the Frac Centre-Val de Loire.

At all events, only bags that do not exceed the maximum dimensions (55cm x 35cm x 20cm) are authorised. Suitcases and large bags are prohibited. Backpacks are not authorised in the exhibition spaces, lockers are available for your use.
